The service

StocksMarket provides market data, portfolio tracking, analytics, news, and related tools. Features vary by plan, and we may add, change, or remove features over time.

Not financial advice

StocksMarket is an information and tracking tool, not a financial adviser. Nothing on the Service is investment, financial, legal, or tax advice. Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate and is provided by third parties. All investment decisions are your own, and investing carries risk, including loss of capital. Always do your own research and consider consulting a licensed professional before investing.

Your account

• You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
• You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.

Subscriptions & billing

• We offer a Free plan and paid plans (Pro and Premium) billed monthly through Paystack.
• Paid plans renew automatically each month until you cancel.
• You can cancel anytime from your Account page; access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. Prices may change with reasonable notice.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the Service, including by attempting to disrupt it, access it without authorisation, scrape it at scale, or resell it without our permission.

Third-party data

Prices, news, and other data come from third-party providers. We do not guarantee their accuracy, timeliness, or availability, and we are not responsible for decisions made based on them.

Intellectual property

The Service, including its design and content (excluding third-party data), belongs to StocksMarket. Your own portfolio data remains yours.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, StocksMarket is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for any investment losses, arising from your use of the Service.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
